1. What is Oi prepaid kit?

   An exclusive package for international visitors in Brazil including:

2. What are the benefits of Oi’s prepaid kit

   With your Oi prepaid SIM card and R$ 30 top-up card, you will be able to use all these benefits:
   
   - 60 minutes to call Oi landline and mobile phones in Brazil local stores.
   - Unlimited mobile data. After 10 MB data usage, navigation speed will be reduced
   - 500 SMS to Oi mobiles + 30 SMS to other local carriers
   - R$ 0.31/minute flat rate for international calls to landline phones in 31 countries.
   - Access over 600 thousand Oi WiFi hotspots in Brazil
   
   Note: promotional rates are only valid using Oi’s CSP (31) for both international and long distance calls.

3. Where can I purchase Oi’s prepaid kit?

   Order Oi’s prepaid kit online at oi.com.br/visitor and have it delivered at the address you will be staying in Brazil. You can even choose between an express delivery or schedule a delivery date ahead.
   
   Oi’s prepaid kit is also available at Oi local stores.

4. Does Oi’s SIM card work in my mobile phone?

   Oi’s prepaid multi-fit SIM card works in unlocked phones that use standard SIM card or micro SIM. You can also choose to purchase a phone together with your Oi prepaid Kit ordered online.
   
   For phones such as iPhone 5, iPhone 5s and Moto X, nano SIM cards can be purchased in Oi local stores.

5. How do I activate my SIM card?

   1. Insert the SIM card in your mobile phone
   2. Call 0800 0300 924 to activate your SIM Card
   3. Your passaport numbert, adress and phone number in Brazil will be requested upon activation.
   
   Your SIM card will be activated within 24h.

6. How do I use my Top up card?

   Once your SIM card is active, you will be able to use your Top-up card:
   
   1. Scratch the silver strip on your top-up card
   2. Call *801
   3. After listening the message, dial 1
   4. Dial the code printed under the silver strip on your to-up card

7. How do I make calls in Brazil?

   In Brazil you must use a carrier code (CSP) in all long distance calls. Oi’s promotional rates are only valid using Oi’s CSP (31).
   
   For international calls dial: 00 + 31 + country code + city code + telephone number
   
   For calls in Brazil dial: 0 + 31 + city code + telephone number

8. Which calls are not included in Oi’s promotional rate?

   The following calls within Brazil will be charged R$ 1.75/minute:
   
   1. Calls made to Oi numbers exceeding the daily 60 minute benefit
   2. Calls made to other carries
   3. Calls received while outside the city of Rio de Janeiro

9. How do I check my credit balance?

   After each call you will receive a TEXT with your credit balance.
   
   You can also send a text to *805 to check your credit balance.

10. How can I top-up my prepaid SIM card?

    If you need more credit, top-up/recharge your SIM card online at oi.com.br/visitor or at local Oi stores, drugstores, supermarkets, newsstands and many other commercial venues.

11. How do I access the Oi WiFi network?

    Your Oi prepaid kit comes with a code to access over 600 thousand Oi WiFi hotspots in Brazil. To use:
    
    1. Turn on your device’s Wi-Fi and select the Oi WiFi network once avaliable
    2. Open your browser and visit any page. E.g. www.oiwifi.com.br
    3. In the authentication window, click on PROMOTIONAL CODE
    4. Follow the instructions on screen.
